In my spare time, I worked with Terry while he was president of the Standish bank. Even though he was the president and I was just an employee I never felt as if I work for Terry. He always made you feel that you worked with him, as equals, to develop strategy, complete projects or solve problems. He cared deeply about people, a trait that helped him as president to serve the bank’s customers and employees. To me, he was a mentor and a friend. Of all the people I have met in my life, he was one of my most favorite. I will always remember the smile on his lips and the twinkle in his eye.

Carol – sorry for your loss. Our prayers for you and your family are for peace and comfort.
