Joie was my neighbor for many years. Ironically I would see her more in the grocery store or a restaurant than our backyards. I always enjoyed our conversations and laughs whenever we would see each other. Many times our conversation would be about our cats, BooBoo and Lennie. These two cats were buddies and would often go to the others house for a meal! Joie would buy Lennie, my cat, special food for his visits. That just speaks to who she truly was… a loving, caring person. I will miss her and her laugh! It was uniquely hers! Rest In Peace sweet friend, I will miss you! Give my Momma a hug for me! ❤️

Joie became part of our family almost four years ago. For what was in retrospect a relatively short period of time she left such an impact on my family and I. Teela and I spoke with her weekly for hours at a time. I have missed those conversations. Joie was such a caring, loving, and wonderful person and she truly will be missed. Her impact on our family was so profound that I feel a better person just for having known her and the love and caring she displayed as a wife, mother, and grandmother is worthy of admiration an emulation of any person. To her immediate family and friends new and old in this time of grief reach out to your family and friends for comfort and remember the happy times. I knew Joie as Mimi. That is how I will remember her. A grandmother who’s love knew no bounds.

    With love the Bennett family
