Frances Louise Johnson Buchanan ,80, of Huntersville, NC. known by all as ‘Granny’ passed away on June 3, 2021 at Carolina Caring Hospice House in Sherrills Ford, NC.
Frances was born on May 6, 1941 in Mecklenburg County, NC
Frances was a cook at Bob Evans Restaurant in Huntersville for many years. She retired 6 years ago.
She was married to her loving husband, Roy Buchanan for 63 years and survives her. She is also survived by her daughters Pamela Robinson and Linda Johnson both of Denver, NC ; 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sisters Evelyn Gibby of Andrews, NC and Patricia Gibby of Mooresville, NC.
Services will be held at a later date
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances’ memory to Carolina Caring Hospice House in Sherrills Ford would be deeply appreciated.
