Tracy John Vann Helms Jr.

Tracy John Vann Helms JR of Lincolnton N.C. went home to be with the Lord April 6th, 2024. He was born in Charlotte, N.C. on November 12th, 1982. He was a Diesel Mechanic at Ryder and then he was a Truck Driver with Concrete Supply.

Tracy loved going on vacation with his family. He loved hanging out with his family and loved talking with his friends. He loved going to church with his family and listen to the word of God. He was a man of God who would read the bible every night. He was also a respectable friend and father who would help those in need. Any time anyone came around asking to have their car checked or worked on he was the first they would come see. Any time somebody needed some money he would offer to help. He was loved by many and will always be loved and cherished forever.

Psalm 103:13: “As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.”

He was proceeding in death by his grandfather Pastor Ray Deese, grandmother Evelyn Helms, grandfather Jack Helms, and several aunts and uncle’s past.

Left to cherish Tracy’s memory is his loving wife Amanda Lynn Helms, Daughter Emily Marie Helms, Daughter Katie Nicole Helms of Lincolnton N.C; Grandmother Jeanette Deese of Lincolnton; Mother Jenny Ray Deese and Dad Tracy John Vann Helms SR.; niece Layla Michelle Helms of Lincolnton; Sister Holly Michelle Helms and David Johnson from Tennessee; and several aunts and uncles and cousins. He will always be loved and missed very much by his family and friends.

His Celebration of Life service will be Friday April 19th, 2024, at 3pm at Victory Grove Baptist Church in Lincolnton N.C.
