Sally Gay Talbert, 63, of Denver, NC passed away on September 27, 2017. Mrs. Talbert was born in Los Angeles Co., California. She served proudly in the United States Coast Guard. She and her husband, Bill who survives her were avid golfers.
A Funeral Service with Full Military Honors will take place at a later date.
