Robert Dean Peeler

Robert Dean Peeler, age 50, passed away Sunday, October 7th, 2018, in his home in
Lincolnton, North Carolina. His passing was unexpected and due to medical illnesses.
Robert Dean Peeler was a father to two daughters, Dalys Peeler (age 18) and Blake Peeler
(age 16). Robert was born in Burlington, North Carolina and grew up in Lincoln County, North
Carolina. He graduated from West Lincoln High School and proceeded to graduate from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During his lifetime, Robert was a civil engineer and
excellent father. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and football, fishing, and spending time with
animals in his free time. Today, Robert is survived through his two daughters (Dalys Peeler and
Blake Peeler), the mother of his children (Tami Peeler), his step-children (Ryann Duncan and
Connor Duncan), and his best companion Mr. Wiggles (his dog). His family described him as, “a
loving father, the funniest person you’ll ever meet, a hardworking dad, and a dedicated man with
goals.”
His daughters will be hosting a celebration of life for him on November 11, 2018 at 3:00pm.
This service will be held at Grace Covenant Church, in Huntersville, North Carolina. After the
service, a reception will be held at his daughter’s home in Huntersville. The address is 7926
Cottsbrooke Drive, Huntersville, North Carolina, 28078. All of his friends and family are welcome
to attend, to honor the life of a wonderful man. In attempt to honor Robert Peeler in the best way
possible, his daughters have requested that the colors of the Atlanta Braves, Carolina Panthers,
Tennessee Vols, and UNC Tarheels are to be worn to his service. In addition to this, his
daughters have requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Kidney Foundation,
in honor of their father.

    We are absolutely devastated to hear the news. I will miss making fun of him watching skittles and never knowing what was going to come out of his mouth. He is missed

    I remember all of the renovation work at your house in Cornelius so late my ago. He was very handy and proud of his work. He was also very funny. Please accept my condolences and prayers.

    We shared many great times in the past at work and of course after work. We are all heading to this final event so enjoy every day you can while on this earth.
